How do I change my email?

If you don’t have access to the email address that is currently associated with your Documentify account, contact us with the email address you currently have associated with Documentify, as well as the email address you would like your Documentify account under moving forward, and we will update your email as soon as possible.

If you don't remember the email address you used to sign up, please contact us at support@documentify.com and provide us the last 4 numbers of the card you used along with the expiration date, so you can help us find your account.
